🖥️ Digital Products
All digital journal files are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.
Because of their nature, digital products are non-refundable.
We encourage you to review the product description and preview images before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@rootandritual.studio and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
📚 Printed Journals
We accept returns and refunds for physical journals only if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
To begin a return, please email info@rootandritual.studio with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
- A brief description of the issue.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or a replacement.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the error was on our part.
❌ No Refunds for Change of Mind
As per Kuwaiti consumer protection guidelines, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Dislike of the journaling content or format.
- Accidental purchases.
